"-Was not able to check into our room until almost 6:30pm due to room not being available. -We traveled as a group of 3 families with 5 rooms booked. We requested well in advance to be close and were not accommodated. We had to switch configuration around to make it work. -Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis which means supplies were not restocked. We traveled as a group of 3 families with 5 rooms were ran out of toilet in more than 1 room and had to ask for clean towels, rags, coffee, etc. -Paid a resort fee for amenities that were not available. Bikes were all in the shop. Hoodie boards were limited. We had 5 kids and were able to get 2 boards. To pay a resort fee for a family of 4 and be told we only get 2 chairs free and have to pay daily to rent 2 more in my opinion is crazy. We should get one chair per person in room that we’re paying for. Umbrella’s also had to be rented daily- maybe a weekly fee would be better than a daily fee since we’re already paying for “amenities! -By our 4th day it looked like the pool bar hadn’t been cleaned all week. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in trying to fix all the issues that we were having. "

"Pros: -Right on the beach -Clean -Walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants Cons: -Didn’t expect to be nickled and dimed for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The hotels rents those separately for $15/$25 a day. -There was a drama in one of the rooms on our floor with intoxicated guests yelling at each other/playing loud music in the hallway starting at 11 pm the first night of our stay. That lasted for a couple of hours and security didn’t come to resolve until 1 am. "
