"Nice building going through an external remodeling. The work did not impact my sleeping or use of the building. The only thing that wasn't great was the firmness of the mattress. I like a softer mattress and the bed was on the very firm side."

"I have been staying here when I come to town and they literally treat you like family. I say it’s my home away from home. Very peaceful and laid back atmosphere. The breakfast is A1. Hands down the best coffee. I have No desire to lodge anywhere else when in Cornelius/Lake Norman. They are renovating the property but that’s not ever been a problem either. Try it out. They will not disappoint!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️殺"

"We came to town for a trip to tweetsie. We had reserved 2 rooms at a different hotel but upon arrival, discovered the pool was closed and had to make a quick pivot. We were relieved to find this hotel was open and had an open pool. Much to our surprise, this hotel had free breakfast (the other one did not). This place was a great stay for us! Customer service was great, the kids loved the breakfast (my son ate his weight in bacon), and we swam 3 times. The remote to our tv wasn’t working and they gave us a new one right away. I noticed lots of cleanliness measures being taken and appreciated that given my own kids who are walking Petri dishes. If we ever come back to town, this will be where we will stay! "
