"We were looking for a space for our family of eight - and this was a great choice! Everyone got their own bed, and there was privacy for the upstairs and downstairs rooms, which was nice for our young adult children. Our teens stayed in the bunk room (which does need to share shower space with the primary bedroom). The location was peaceful, and once we got familiar with the area, a reasonable distance for day trips to Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs. The host was responsive as needs arose, and the expectations were clear. "

"As advertised. Lots of room to spread out in the house and great access to the lake. Somewhat steep decline down to the water but my son and I had no problem and caught lots of fish right off the dock! If I have to be picky, the house is a little dated, but as advertised. perfect for a family of five visiting Fayetteville, but wanting to be close to some fishing. Would stay again."

"We had a fantastic five night stay with four adults at the Retreat in Rogers Arkansas. The house is absolutely beautiful, the view is breathtaking, and all of the accommodations and amenities included were wonderful to have. We spent many nights in the hot tub overlooking the lake and it was so relaxing. And we also got some great exercising walking down to the lake front and back up ...136 wooden steps each way so it's a good workout !We had a few small issues with the house while we were there but every request was immediately acknowledged and taken care of, so no complaints at all. There was a TV in every room hooked up with Roku and that was very nice, the beds slept very comfortably, and you rarely find two rooms with king size beds and both rooms had access to the deck. Spent some relaxing mornings on the deck also. You'll find pretty much everything you need for cooking in the beautiful kitchen and it's also nice having an open floor plan so the cooks can always be part of the conversation and tv. Will definitely keep this in mind for future stays. And the people you communicate with are very kind, accommodating, and are on your needs very quickly. One of our best stays ever!! Highly recommend.A shout out to Tanner and John for being prompt and thorough with our maintenance needs while we were there."

"This gorgeous newly updated home is a rare find - being both comfortable, immaculate and exceptionally well outfitted. The master suite is a comfortable, luxurious retreat with its private access to the lovely deck. The delightful kitchen is thoughtfully provisioned with everything a cook might desire from a crockpot to to a cupboard of spices. The game room and fun indoor and outdoor games are a rare bonus. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortably furnished deck and fire pit area with the lovely lake views. The blue plush swivel chairs in the living area were our favorite seats turning to face the lake view or swiveling to face the cozy fireplace. We don’t recall staying at a property with such attention to detail including sound machines in each room and fun towel art welcoming us. We loved spending Christmas Day on the dock overlooking the lake. We hope to return to take the kayaks on a paddle in this idyllic oasis. "

"Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return. Thank you!!! "
