"Donna responded quickly to all questions from me in the rental phase. The property was very clean and everything worked except one TV remote. All it needed was batteries. Donna told us where the spares were, problem fixed. The only problem I had was with the VRBO app. You can't receive or give phone numbers with your host. The app translates any number to xxx-xxx-xxxx and forces you keep sending VRBO messages. It also translated the time in my exit message to Donna and deleted my next sentence. That's really bad."

"As advertised. Lots of room to spread out in the house and great access to the lake. Somewhat steep decline down to the water but my son and I had no problem and caught lots of fish right off the dock! If I have to be picky, the house is a little dated, but as advertised. perfect for a family of five visiting Fayetteville, but wanting to be close to some fishing. Would stay again."

"This gorgeous newly updated home is a rare find - being both comfortable, immaculate and exceptionally well outfitted. The master suite is a comfortable, luxurious retreat with its private access to the lovely deck. The delightful kitchen is thoughtfully provisioned with everything a cook might desire from a crockpot to to a cupboard of spices. The game room and fun indoor and outdoor games are a rare bonus. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortably furnished deck and fire pit area with the lovely lake views. The blue plush swivel chairs in the living area were our favorite seats turning to face the lake view or swiveling to face the cozy fireplace. We don’t recall staying at a property with such attention to detail including sound machines in each room and fun towel art welcoming us. We loved spending Christmas Day on the dock overlooking the lake. We hope to return to take the kayaks on a paddle in this idyllic oasis. "

"Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return.
