"The house was much nicer on the inside than the photos showed. It was clean, beds were comfy, had all the amenities we needed as a family staying there and was literally a stone’s throw from the bluffs. The bluff’s and that piece of the shore were amazing! So beautiful, provided tons of fun and were easy to get to. If you’re looking for a private vacation rental, this is not the place. The neighbors’ are very close and there is lots of activity going on at all times so you will see other people....

"Graduate Hotels are always so funky and cute. Parking was easy and the staff was attentive. My only complaint was that they need better wine glasses at the bar. My $18 glass of wine came in a footed water glass and the pour seemed a bit light. If they are going to charge that much for a glass of wine, make it worth it!!"

Comfortable and Quiet

"Great location and Friendly staff. The room is your standard hotel room, nothing too fancy. Beds were clean and comfy. It fit my 3 kids and I comfortably. The shower and toilet room was a bit smaller than what we've had in the past, but overall, it wasnt bad. The pool was the perfect temperature (heated) and went to 8 feet! The hot tub looked pretty nice and sits inside a gazebo room. They also had a couple of yard games (corn hold and connect 4) in the yard by the pool. It was the perfect place for us to stay and wind down after a very long drive. I would gladly stay there again."

"The property offers a unique style. It has a pool table, great lounge area, pool, and workout center. It is in a great location. The hotel has a soft spot for dogs. It is very clean. The stall is friendly and easy to work with. The down fall is not having continental breakfast. However, they do have food options."
