"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location."

"Great location by the station, and good to have the option of doing some simple cooking with the apartment kitchen. Really enjoyed staying there, although the room was rather small and plain for the price. I imagine more suited to groups than older couples."

"Interestingly Rashliegh drive takes after the original owner of Duporth which is now an aesthetically pleasing development of a new village. No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. Very warm inside and there was also a balcony with chairs and table had the weather been right. I'll be staying again as much better than a...

"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"
