"Lucca hotel is a nice boutique hotel run by the owner. The property is clean and the rooms are very spacious. My only complaint is the smell of cigarettes/ cigar coming out of the bottom floor and can be noticed in the room. I am very sensitive to tobacco products and others may not notice. "

"The hotel is very close to the train station, about 5 min walk. It is about 15 to 20 min walk to the city center. A bit inconvenient at night as there are no stores or restaurants nearby. It's next to the parking lot and train station, did not feel too safe since it was very quiet. The rooms are nice but there are no doors to the shower and tub area, which I found very inconvenient and uncomfortable as I travelled with family. "

"We went to Canalview for a girls trip. Check in was easy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant anf assisted with everything. Breakfast was great, it had everything we needed for the day and the setting was gorgeous. Front desk agent was helpful. Only issue was the heating, it was a very cold weekend and we needed more heat, thefe was a sucharge. There is also a surcharge for an extra blanket and pillows, and hair dryer"
