"Nice hotel, great staff but very noisy.
Lots of comings and goings with people in rooms, buses and taxis coming and going at all hours. Tough to sleep to be honest, don’t feel rested at all."
"If you accept that it’s an airport hotel and therefore a conveyor belt of people then it’s fine (if expensive) for its convenience to T5. Check in usually involves a queue, the bedrooms need a general update and the in room tech is antiquated (only miracast for the TVs - no plug sockets next to the bed let alone usb’s - touch button light switches broken etc). Feels a bit of a time warp really and could do with a refurb."
"Room was fine, staff was helpful, restaurant was ok, and bed slept great although it was very low……..except there were these tiny nat type flies flying around….. the hallways were void of any type of ventilation, which was creepy.
***Overall it was a perfect stay for layover flight."
"Best: an easy walk via link bridge from Terminal 2. (Go to Departures Zone G to follow signs.) Room was quiet, clean, decent sized. Only amenities shampoo and hand/body wash (bring your own lotion.) Dinner salad meh. Front desk staff loaned me a 3-prong because the room outlets only fit older iPhone plugs. A critical save! Allow 45 minutes if you are transferring to other terminals, and get a free ticket at the kiosk to pass through ticket gate. Ample staff answered my questions but sharing this in case no one is available to help other travelers."
"Moxy hotel near Heathrow London, very nice hotel have already booked another stay. Great extended continental breakfast, very clean and modern, staff pleasant. Bargain!!"
