10/10 Excellent
"This is a lovely place to say in a great location, easy access to the city centre but slightly off the beaten track, so actually very quiet. A lovely welcoming lobby/lounge/bar area. Super friendly and helpful staff. We wanted for nothing in our room … it provided everything we needed. Really comfy bed, lovely shower, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, dishwasher and simple cooking facilities for a longer stay. With temperatures of 35 degrees the air conditioning in the room provided much relief from the heat. Highly recommend as a place to stay."

"Really nice hotel, beautifully decorated, let down by the rude and unhelpful staff, plus on a lot of occasions only one person at reception so long waits for check in / out or to ask simple questions"
