However, the outstanding aspect of the hotel was the wonderful staff. Every person we dealt with from the receptionists, to the barmen, to the housekeeper delivered perfect customer service. "Air conditioning did not work. We required an extension lead as there was only one plug on side of bed and we needed two for sleep apnea machines. Check-in was lovely and service. Ample parking. "
