"Lovely modern hotel. We were given a warm welcome, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room which was very kind and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom too. The hotel had good amenities, I went to the gym and enjoyed that. All the staff I came across at reception and housekeeping were great. I would stay here again. The location was really good, right by the train station, so travelling into Cambridge was straightforward and quick. Thank you!"

"The Hyatt Centric is clearly very new and in incredibly good state, the rooms are large and clean, the area it is in is new and quiet. It is slightly out of the way from central Cambridge but the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the new rooftop bar is a good addition."

"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."
