"The staff are very professional and helpful I can not fault them The room was large with an amazing view. The hotel is dated and needs the carpet cleaned in the room we had bathroom clean but also dated. Bedding was clean and fresh. "Nice old hotel, great positioning the sea front and substantial gardens. Had double superior sea front room which had coffee/tea biscuits and bottled water. Room s are a little dated but comfortable and warm with great views. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Dog friendly and they do a great job of ensuring it's kept clean and dog odour free. Like all British seaside hotels could do with a lick of paint and some small maintenance but overall a nice place to stay."
