"A bad start: we were driving and could not find the hotel. Had been told it was in the old town and did not have its own parking space but not that it was inaccessible by car. You have to park the car and walk in and out to the hotel with your luggage. Not good. Breakfast is not provided. A free breakfast drink is provided by voucher. The voucher is given at check-in. Information in our room about breakfast facilities contradicted this. The hotel is situated by the river amongst many cafes and restaurants in a very lively pedestrian area. Walking distance to cathedral, boat trips and old town."

"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if possible."

"5 minutes to the train station 10 minutes to the church museums and promenade walking at a leisurely pace. Location was great. Bed was comfortable."
