"Acceptable for a quick stay especially to be in walking distance to some of the residential neighborhoods to be close to friends and family. Condition is basic but clean. Street facing rooms are quite noisy. "

"It was wonderful to stay in this historic restored Victorian home. The breakfast was good, with housemade jams and biscuit and locally made yogurt. The staff were very responsive, and the room was lovely. "

Comfy and gorgeous rooms, gourmet and yummy breakfast, jacuzzi in a quiet garden, close to so many restaurants and shops in the Mission district, and the friendly staff and owner puts it over the top. Walking distance to a couple BART stations. You won't find a nicer stay."
"I'm not sure there's a better low-option budget in San Francisco. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Just be aware there is no AC, and my room got pretty buggy despite mild temps. I'd definitely stay again, but maybe bring in a window fan. Location is unbeatable, staff is incredible."
