Great place to stay
Room was very comfortable. I think cold drinks offered in the fridge would be a nice touch specially in the summer when its so hot. I enjoy staying here as it is consistent and never disappointments

The owners were great and easy to talk to. The room was immaculate and very well presented. The water pressure was amazing. Dining options were within a stones throw for distance and all great. The local bread shop on the next corner is definitely the place to go to for brekky. The locals eat there so you know its good, in which we also could not fault. A great place to stay and definitely recommend.

The motel was so comfortable clean and modernized.. So you had everything you needed if you wanted to eat in. In walking distance to all town amenities and restaurants. Great place to stay. Staff great and helpful.

For a small town it’s everything that you need, supermarkets shut quite early though so not a lot of options to find food.

Large clean rooms. Plenty of plates cutlery etc. Phone in roon to contact front desk. In the middle of town. Close to all amenities. Pool available and very clean.

Tha e accommodation was fine but I could not use your QR code as it dose not work in NSW we are from Adelaide and that is where I booked the accommodation so I had to pay again not happy so I want my money back I have the receipt

The room was well presented and comfortable except that the small television was located high on the wall which meant viewing resulted in a sore neck. Also was too small to watch from bed.

A good spot in Main Street Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. A bigger room with a couch would have worked better for more than over night stay.

The managers are very welcoming, arranged an early check-in and drove us to the airport the following morning. Our room was close to the street but was so quiet, no traffic noise at all. It had everything we could want in a motel room, aircon, comfortable bed, table and chairs, a kitchenette with microwave, sink, plates, knives, forks etc., detergent and tea towel. Wow! No washing the cups in a bathroom basin and drying on tissues. The motel is close to restaurants in the main street. Hay has an excellent hire car/taxi service ($10 flat rate to/from anywhere in Hay including the airport) which we used to visit several of the excellent museums in town.

they, like others, are doing it tough. most motels have closed their dining rooms, but a couple of pubs are open for meals.glad of the oportunity to give them a little support.

Not our first stay here - always found it to be clean and very comfortable stay. Wifi not working, when enquired told it was a problem for people with iPhones! Seriously, it is a problem with the wifi not all of us that have iPhones, don't have problems anywhere else!!

Very comfortable. Centrally located. The pool was welcome on a very hot day. Large, air conditioned rooms and we opted for a spa bath that was great.
