Good value for a clean and comfortable room. It was an easy walk over to the bowling club for dinner. We would stay there again if we needed to spend another night in Hay.

The room was big and clean and the pool was also clean. I enjoyed a swim in the pool and just a minutes walk to the bowling club for dinner. Great place to stay and I will stay there again if passing through.

The bed was not super comfortable but generally it was totally fine esp. for the price. The caretaker was fantastic and it was very convenient. I didnt check in until after 8pm due to the massive drive, and that was no problem at all. I would certainly stay here again.

The property was clean. Room was huge. Bathroom was lovely. Only issue was the motel wasn’t open when we arrived to check in. Had to call them to get someone down to open and check us in. Great location.

Large room with plenty of space. Table, lounge & comfortable beds. Very clean room & bathroom. Close walking to Hays Bowls Club for evening meal. Parking right out front of room, easy to unload luggage.

Room was very clean but needed proper ventilation. The main building which looks deserted gives a false impression that the place is really bad and a bit of tidying at the entrance would improve things considerably

Have stayed here before under the old owners. New owners need to improve on breakfast facilities as there were none to be offered and this was not made evident when the booking was made.....

We love our stay & the dining options across the road was very handy. We left our overnight bag in the room, the receptionist called to let us know well after we left for our trip. We went back to pick it up and everything was intact. We really appreciated their honesty.
