"Great stay. My reason for a 4 star is I completed my check in in which I thought. I walked all the way to the elevator with my key and the front desk lady comes running after me saying you need to come back tot he desk as your card declined - She walked "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"Excellent location, very clean, fairly spacious, old school rooms. Bathrooms need fans and doors that can remain open for some airflow. Safe was tricky to open. Excellent housekeeping services. The pool was lovely with large towels. Would stay here again. "

"Check in was a hassle. Was told there would be a $50 early check in fee. Due to this I decided to go shopping. I then received a text about room being available 1 hr prior to retail at check in time and opted out on early check in to avoid having to pay the extra $50. An hour later, I showed up to hotel to check in to be told that my room was not ready but that they would notify me as soon as a room became available. I ended up sitting in my car waiting for an hour before noticing a long line of people checking in and exiting with room keys so I went back in to follow up. At this point I was pretty upset and was told my room just became available which I felt was intentional because I opted out on paying an extra $50 1 hr prior to regular check in time. "
