"It’s great iconic hotel. I do have to say it is quite outdated which I did figure but the amenities were not the best and the staff didn’t know basic things about the hotel for example where the ice machine was. But charging 75 a day to keep your car on the property was one of the most egregious things of the trip. I get paid parking the hotel I work at does it but 75 a night… that is definition of gouging your guests. Maybe tie in free or discounted parking for guests. Room was clean and tidy. Restroom was shockingly small though."

"Check in was fast and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we found out that our vehicle (after the fact) was damaged while parked at the Valet Parking and did not know this until we arrived home."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great for site seeing. The food at the bar in the lobby was delicious and convenient for us. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to be in Hollywood."

"What can I say?…we will definitely be back! Such a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. Nice bar, Starbucks handy, great breakfast buffet, and a nice little night menu if you choose to stay in. The pool was very enjoyable also. Looking forward to next time."
