"This is one of our favorite hotels when visiting LA. The staff is amazing. Marie or Maria ( I’m sorry I can’t remember which) was working the front desk and she was absolutely amazing! She had to deal with some customers who were loudly protesting their stay and she stayed calm and collected and made sure to look out for other guests. Someone else stepped in to deal with the unruly guests and Marie helped us and she was sweet and made us feel wanted. We have seen her here on other visits and she is always warm and friendly welcoming! The hotel is always clean and in tip top shape. Winnie is a great addition! Our kids love having more towels delivered to our room by Winnie! "

"Nice property, but a couple of things that could help, calling and talking to someone is sometimes impossible, i left a jacket on a Sonesta airport shuttle , just getting a reply to a email seemed a monumental task, with no reply if they could or could not find it. The description of where the shuttles pick people up could be much better, even a simple picture of a typical location would help."

"This hotel has gone downhill. On my 6 day stay I was limited to towels due to shortage. The first rooms were assigned had a broke bathroom fan that made an awful sound. I requested a new room. The shower in the room had a clog. They were able to fix it but the smell was awful. The couch had residue of some kind. The breakfast was always so over crowded I could never find a seat for my group of 5. We ate out. I use to love staying here. I doubt I’ll be ever going back. "
