"The location and condition of this hotel was very good. The staff were excellent - welcoming on arrival and extremely helpful during our stay. The room was fine, and very quiet. The included breakfast was excellent. We were only there for a single night but would very much recommend this location. There are excellent pubs nearby and your shopping needs will be met in the large mall across the street."

"At the price point for the hotel it is pretty good. It does look like it is trapped in Time, it’s a bit dated. The staff were all really helpful and friendly both bar staff and reception. They have a pool table (bring change) and a dart board. I would stay here again with a group of friends, however I wouldn’t stay if I was with my Wife (as she has higher standards)"

"We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station."

"The room was very clean and vibrant but there was no fridge. When I asked they said a fridge is only placed in the room on request. This is the club room in a 4-star hotel. Everything else is fine. Breakfast was good and the pool. Note: Some construction work currently ongoing at the property."
