"The property was beautiful and the room was very big (2 bedroom). It didn’t really show how big it was on the pictures. The problem was the sound above. We were on the first floor and the family above had kids also and the toddler ran all over all day and you heard every footstep. It wasn’t like they were trying but they were up late walking around and our kids were so scared of the noise and couldn’t sleep. The front desk basically told us it was just like that. They said the other rooms were full but there were empty rooms all around us. Other than that the property was nice, right on the beach and had everything you’d need for a great vacation. Just be aware if you are on the first floor of the noise above."

"Clean rooms .no ocean vuew and did not use hot tub. It was nit close to our room so not used .also nit used was the indoor pool .Rooms were great .Had everything we needed"

"We had a great stay in this lovely home! It was a very clean and comfortable with numerous thoughtful items such as coffee, spices and condiments to bikes & beach gear. The quiet neighborhood was beautiful and the location was close to everything. We recommend you try Brax, about a 5 minute drive, for their delicious lobster roll and waterfront view."

"Everything was perfect with the unit except I was wishing it had a cooktop. We would go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the outside which looked charming."

"We had a great time at this property. There is a park nearby, it's 5 minutes walk to the sea, and our cat was very welcome. Throughout our stay communication with Matt was outstanding, we couldn't have had a more accommodating host. Highly recommended! "
