"beautifullll view. we stayed in the king bed times square view room and it was a dream. first time in new york and the hotel was great. the staff are super helpful and sweet. if you want to stay in times square this is the place"

"Location was excellent but extremely busy by Times Square. Central for live theatre and Broadway.a very good.location. Housekeeping was ordinary and we did need to chase things up, we paid for 3 sharing but onky received twin top ups for towels and coffee etc. We returned one afternoon after lunch to find the staff had left our door unlocked. We did report this to reception staff. I will give our bed a comfort rating of 10/10, with an absolutely beautiful nights sleep."

"Couldn’t get into room the first two times they tried to give me a card. And the third try the keycard worked one time but when I stepped out and try to get back in it didn’t work again. Staff just kept giving me cards that didn’t worked. Overheard this happen to a couple of other customers who was trying for the sixth time. The hotel room was dingy and dirty and the staff was rude."
