"Our family of 5 loved staying here! The house was in a nice peaceful neighborhood and had everything that we needed for our week on the cape. It was so close to Main Street Chatham and walkable to so many great places to eat. We ate dinner at the house a couple of nights, Bonnie had all the items we needed, a grill, pots, bowls, silverware, cups, etc… we weren’t without anything that we needed. The coffee maker was a beautiful thing each morning! The house is stocked with everything we needed for the beach too, beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have and she even had a little cooler there for everyone to use, which was nice. Bonnie was an excellent host and was able to answer any questions we had immediately. This is a great place to stay, we were very comfortable and happy here! 10 out of 10!"

"It is a lovely property, very clean and beautiful. Megan was so welcoming and made our wedding anniversary special. The balcony overlooking the pool was so peaceful and nice. There was no breakfast or dinner service as they apparently going to be doing a restoration later in the year. But there are many food places in town."

"Its very clean and the staff is nice. Its quiet place and the parking is by your front door i like that its easy to unload and load your stuff. I will definetly going back too stay again.."

"This home is all about the view. The views of Chatham Harbor are nothing short of spectacular. Additionally, the access to the private beach is a real luxury, particularly during peak busy times. The house itself is Cape Cod simple- pretty basic."

"The house is beautiful and really well equipped. Our family had a wonderful time there. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the path to the beach was very fun and easily traversed. I wouldn’t want to stay in any other part of Chatham. The beach is so close and guarded by life guards which is so important for families with children. We loved every minute! We would go back any time. Wonderful hosts too."

"Great house, location was great also. Great yard for children to play. The biggest complaints are the master bedroom upstairs had a huge claw foot tub for shower, not suitable for seniors. The downstairs master bedroom had a ridiculous high bed impossible even for young couple to climb in with step. The lighting in the house was inadequate. We received a text reminding us to not have flood lights on after 10pm and be off the top deck by then which was no problem because we were always in way before then. Paul was very professional and recommended a great rental for sheets and bicycles."
