"We had a fabulous stay in Chatham! I was with 9 other women on a girls’ getaway. The location was perfect! We walked to town, several times and had drinks at Chatham Bars Inn, which was also within walking distance to the house. We spent an entire afternoon in bathing suits at lighthouse beach. The weather was perfect for sunbathing in late September! We made a big dinner our last night. Thank you, Paul, for quickly responding to my message about the grill. Much appreciated! Everyone was very pleased how it all worked out. We loved the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was perfect for corn hole! Thank you for everything! "House was a little chilly… could not get the heat to go higher. Should have contacted you, but it wasn’t that bad. Outside needs some cleanup work. But, we loved the location..convenient to the town shops and the restaurant for breakfast right across the street. It was a little difficult seeing both ways to get out of the driveway…perhaps cutting back some of the vegetation would help. All in all, our stay was terrific and we definitely would come back and recommend it. Thank you!"
