"Downtown Chatham Gem was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Parked the cars and walked everywhere. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Loved everything about it and we will definitely be back. "

"Very clean and new. Upscale everything in this house. Flowing layout with 2 sitting rooms. Loved being next to the lighthouse and across the street from beach access. Truly a jem. Enjoyed my morning coffee out in the Adirondack chairs in front yard. So peaceful. Very close to the road but not an issue for us. Been to Chatham several times always in mid October. I would imagine it’s lovely in summer but very busy. This was very chill. Enjoyed the Fall color and less crowds. Management company very responsive. Offered us to rent the house more days ahead of our trip bc it wasn’t booked before us but still wouldn’t let us check in until 4:00 on our day of arrival. And in my opinion their fees are a little over the top. As much as we love this house we may look for another house with less fees next year. "
