"This place is perfection - the location, the cottage, the views, the beautiful marsh and birds behind the cottage, the ocean out front, and the cherry on top is the wonderful host, Scott. He is so kind and generous - making sure you have everything you need and are having a good time. Also the cottage is pristine and very comfortable - including the beds. Scott also has kayaks and beach chairs you can use. If I’m lucky enough to find an open week, I’m returning with my husband! Thank you, Scott (and your wonderful mom, too!)"

"Quintessential super cute Cape. The kids room was nicely appointed and the king bed was cozy. It was well stocked with blankets and towels. Host/management company was helpful and responsive. Loved that there were some books and board games for rainy days. As a parent with young kids and an older dog, I appreciated everything being on one floor and having a backyard with green space and seating. My only real grievance was that the shower stall is small so it was difficult to shave my legs. Overall, it was a welcoming home and we had a lovely holiday."

"We had a very nice stay overall! The location of this home is incredible—extremely close to town, the beach, and fantastic local restaurants. The house easily fit our family and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together.I’m leaving 4 stars primarily because of the price point. At this rate, we expected the property to be a bit better maintained. A few issues we ran into:Safety & Maintenance: There were missing outlet covers in the barn, which was a worry since we were traveling with five little kids. A few light bulbs/fixtures didn't work, and the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived (though to their credit, management had it fixed during our stay).Listing Amenities: The listing photos showed an espresso machine noted as "fully stocked," but it wasn't at the house. There was a regular coffee maker, but bring your own coffee and supplies as nothing was provided.Payment Reminders: I never received an automated reminder for the final 50% balance before check-in, which meant having to quickly process payment while on the road.It’s a great home in a stellar location, but fixing these small upkeep details and sharpening the communication would easily make it a 5-star stay."
