"A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were polite and attentive, and eager to help with any query. Rooftop pool and bar has great views over the lake, perfect to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also very good with western and Vietnamese options available. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!"

"The room is very spacious and clean. There was also a fruit platter waiting. Breakfast was decent with lots of food choices. All the staff were friendly and nice. Wish we stayed more than one night here!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever been too in regards to the staff. Very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel and restaurants. Roy was extremely helpful. He went out of his way and walked us to the Photo Booth down the street. Everyone was as helpful as Roy. They take great care of you. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hanoi."

"Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base. The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here."
