Myself and four friends traveled to Hanover for several reasons. We are all parkrunners and two of the five were delighted to find that not only was there a gig they'd booked for but also managed to get tickets for another band. The process of checking in was smooth and efficient. Of course greatly helped by the young man having perfect English... All staff were friendly and professional throughout our 3 night stay. There was one member of staff who was on duty for much of out stay, and he made us all feel very relaxed, welcome and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the NH policy of a complimentary drink from the bar if you didn't have housekeeping. The reception / lounge area was immaculate and we enjoyed relaxing in the area prior to going out, or as a meeting point.

Excellent staff, friendly welcome and very comfy room. Good environmental policies - I opted not to have my room serviced during my stay and was rewarded with a voucher for a drink on the bar. Lobby is great for meeting people staying elsewhere as you can be inside on a cube/chair and watch the world go by through the huge windows. Would definitely stay again and will look for this hotel group again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel, clean, friendly and a great price for the location! Happy with the area and the only small niggle I had was that the additions I could pay for or use (like the mini bar and gym weren't explained initially and not obvious in the room) but really minor! I would stay here again!

Loved our stay and the staff
We totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and know English really well. We changed rooms because the one we had booked wasn’t ready at first, and I accidentally left a scarf in the first room. The staff located it quickly and returned it to me. The breakfast has lots of variety; location is perfect with some great ethnic restaurants nearby. Beautiful park nearby as well… the beds were a little too hard for our preference but we still slept well. It really was just perfect! Thanks, management and staff!

Loved the hotel and neighborhood
Beautiful, new, clean hotel in a great location in Hanover. The breakfast was top-notch, with a big variety of breads, eggs, some salad things, cheeses, ham, juice, cereal, muesli, coffee and tea— make sure you don’t wait til the last minute for breakfast as they run out of things… Beds were so comfy, the Christmas market was about an 18 minute walk; lots of restaurants and coffee shops/bakeries very near the hotel. Lots of Turkish/kabob/Schwartz places around the hotel too!

Es war für eine Nacht für eine Veranstaltung in Hannover. Die TG-Stellplätze sind für größere Autos eine Zumutung. Ansonsten alles schön und neu, netter Empfang, nette Verabschiedung, allles bestens.

Hotel, Zimmer, Personal waren top. Man hätte uns beim Einchecken aber darauf hinweisen können, dass das Frühstück nicht als Buffet angeboten wird, da zu wenige Gäste da waren. Qualität des Frühstücks war auch nicht gut!
