"They were able to fulfill my request for a ground or lower floor. We ended up with the ground floor which was a very short stones throw away. Staff were friendly and accommodating! Bed was comfortable except for the pull out sofa. Nonetheless, great stay! "

"Check in was slow and cramped. The restaurant was slow, expensive and reservation was at 715pm 845pm we got dinner. Yes, it was holiday so we understand however we didnt eat there rest of trip. Bit bummed that we were excluded from the hotel activities. Otherwise Kit and Laura were the best bell people, as we visited other hotels we did recognize that our accommodations were top tier and loved our room and stay. Thank you! "
