Everything about the room,staff, restaurant, bar, and happy hour was great. Good news bad news about the parking. The good news is there is lots of parking in the hotel parking and I was able to park for free on the street on Saturday night. The bad news is the paid parking on site is €26 per night and this isn'teven peak season!!! Pretty sure we read that it was cheaper on their site when we were booking.

Standard hotel experience with no standout accommodations or benefits. The location was close to the train station, which was nice. The convenience store in the hotel was way overpriced, which was not surprising given that it was located in a hotel. Overall an average hotel experience.

The hotel is about 17 minutes away from Hamburg central station. It is a good location and a safe one. It is walkable. Bus # 12 runs right in front of the hotel. There is a train within 4 minutes walk, but I can’t remember its number. It has some food places within walking distance. It was, however, difficult to find anything open before 6 pm. Sunday many places are closed. We walked to central station daily because of our plans to see sites required using public transportation. Therefore, we bought food near central station. Plenty of Resturants and stores to buy fruits, etc. The hotel staff are nice and responsive, we want to specifically thank Micaela for taking care of our many questions and responding to our needs for a quiet room, etc. She was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room is spacious with siting area( desk and lounge chair). One small open space that they considered closet, but it is really not enough. We made it work. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee & tea maker. They provide water, coffee, tea, cream & sugar. No safe which we paid extra for premier plus room so that we can have all the above plus a safe. The one thing I am hoping for is that they will pull the rug out of the rooms and replace with wood floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

In der Dusche war Schimmel, ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber.Die Ablagemöglichkeit für Bekleidung sehr eingeschränkt, das Mobiliar im guten Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind in Premier Inn Hotels in Deutschland immer sauber. Einige Premier Inn haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Wasserflaschen aber dieses hatte keinen. Nichtsdestotrotz win gutes Hotel zum übernachten.

家族旅行で3泊4日滞在しました。周囲には地下鉄、バス停があり、中央駅にもすぐです。さらに、スーパーもあるので便利でした。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。冷蔵庫があればよかったかなと思いました。

Hotel var ok til prisen, men vores værelse lugtede af sure sokker og der manglede luft i rummet da vi ankom og desværre kunne kun en lille del af vinduet åbne. Aircondition virkede heller ikke. Der var ikke meget parkering tilbage da vi ankom klokken 8 om aftenen, man burde kunne resevere på forhånd, så man kan være sikker på en parkerings plads. Hotellet ligger lille stykke fra byen og på gåben er det igennem en ghetto der ikke var rar at gå igennem, ville nok vælge en taxa eller offentlig transport en anden gang. Sengen var god og der var 2 ekstra puder og der var enkel dyner og fin plads på værelset og badeværelset til kuffert og produkter. Dog hvis man ville sove med åben vindue er der støj fra rigtig mange måger og et tog.
