Hotel is lovely - staff friendly. However, location is terrible. Behind a Shoeless Joe's restaurant with shared parking lot and room views are of parking lots (mine faced an auto garage). Served my purpose (near hospitals in Hamilton) but not a great area if you're looking for a nice place with nice views. Inside of hotel - great. Outside - nope.

Liked the size and layout of our room. The kitchen are was clean and well equipped if you were planning to stay for a few days and needed to prepare some light meals. The main areas around the reception and breakfast area were very clean as well. Although we left before breakfast when we were checking out the buffet was already stocked for early morning travellers. Staff was very efficient and polite.

The hotel beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and great for couples and families. The hotel itself is very organized and clean. The pool is very accessible and has ready available towels and a clean pool area. My kids loved it. Thanks

Stayed for 6 nights with no service to the room. Told the front desk who said it would be done while I was gone for the day. Came back at 10:00 pm and you guessed it. Nothing had been done. Went to the front desk and told the same person who had promised it would be done. He said No Way. When they looked into it they said they just forgot. They did offer to do it in a half hour, but I was checking out the next day - so really what would be the point. I just gathered all the garbage up and towels. You can Imagine the pile after 6 days at a hotel where there is breakfast and all day, coffee, and tea They did offer a tray of snacks, but I wasn’t sure what I could do with them since I was leaving the next day Maybe this was my fault for not telling them earlier that they hadn’t cleaned the room

We stayed two night. This property was fantastic. We had a room with two Queen beds and a kitchenette. Spacious. Quiet. Clean. The morning breakfast was great. And we had dinner across the way at Shoeless Joe’s. Highly recommend. Finally, the cost through expedia was a great value for what we got.

In the first time in a long time I was super pleased with the staff at the front and I noticed at breakfast the one lady I saw was extremally polite and welcoming. I just want to let you know how great they both were.
