A great place to stay. An older building but neat and tidy inside, and fully equipped with heat pumps in the living area and bedrooms, large fridge, large TV screen etc. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, offered us a free upgrade which was terrific! Beds are comfortable and clean, furnishing fairly new and pretty much spotless. Nice outdoor settings too. Plenty of secure off street parking. Will definitely be back next time we need a place to stay in Hamilton!

Interactions with staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room, although tired looking was very clean. Parking fairly tight, but managed to obtain one nightly. Overall suited our requirements perfectly.

2 bedroom apartment was ok. Toilet roll holder was broken and the room service hmmm don't know what they did apart from top up the toilet paper as beds were not made.

Did not look much from the front, but a very comfortable unit with full facilities and very clean.the only addition that I'd ask for ,is a safety lock on the door to complement the door lock

Run down

Handy location to where we had to go, but the place was so run down and dirty, the carpet had stains and was sticky, rotting wood, dog poop outside our room, uncomfortable pillows and bed etc etc. It looks like it could have once been a nice place but hasn’t been looked after for a while and the owners haven’t spent any money on maintenance or convenience items like soap. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked two rooms a some months before we arrived and requested they be together. They were not and were quite some distance apart. The person at reception appeared surly when I arrived to uplift the keys. One room was fine, however our room had a musty/sour/BO type smell which was unpleasant and was shabby compared to the other room.

Pros: close to town, on site parking, one bedroom apartment, kitchen with basic amenities. Cons: smoking allowed on walkway outside room so smoke comes in neighbours windows, gardens are not well kept, pool did not look inviting and area around it desperately needs landscaping, terrible pillows, wifi very patchy, living area converted into sleeping area with two single beds, so had to sit on them or at dining table to watch TV, walls badly patched and painted and other repairs done half heartedly eg stovetop replacement and makes it looked very unloved. TV in main bedroom had been removed.

It was OK for one night. First impression when driving in was not good. It looked very run down. The room was clean but an odd layout. The kitchen had pots & pans but no hotplates to be able to use them. No sink either for washing up. We had a ground floor room behind the office because we were physically not able to get up stairs with our bags. This was very noisy with people coming & going until quite late. The door had a broken bolt so could not be used for extra security. The property has a lot of people who are visiting the hospital for treatment etc, so not your normal tourist motel.

Walkable from city centre and cricket ground, maybe needs a little lick of paint here and there, but overall no complaints.

The room was nice and large which was great. The shower could have been a lot cleaner - the shower head was very yucky and hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. Overall, for the price, it was great. Awesome location - could walk down the hill into the main street of Hamilton very easily.

ワークショップに参加するために1週間滞在しました。スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋の清掃も丁寧でした！部屋のキッチンで自炊できたので、快適な滞在になりました。暖房器具も完備で、ベッドには電気毛布もあり、あたたかく過ごせました。数日以上宿泊する方は、スリッパとシャンプーを持参することをおすすめします！ I stayed at the lodge for a week to attend a workshop. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned perfectly every day! The room was equipped with a kitchen so I could cook for myself, which made my stay very comfortable. Thank you!
