"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"The Hotel is close to the Train station. I was worried as the other reviews were not good but i had no issues. The hotel is quite old but the facilities were good. Breakfast was good. The Staff were helpful. "

It’s a great family-run hotel with an amazing (and very popular) Greek restaurant downstairs The rooms were amazing and the team could not do enough to make our stay memorable (for all the right reasons!). We will be staying here again when we come back next time!"
