Hello Anonymus, pity that we could not make your stay 100% enjoyable. However, we would like to point out that at 40 degrees C it may happen that interiors become warmer than normal. We would like to have given you a fan if you had contacted us. An air conditioner is indeed considered, but not yet implemented. To the situation we can only say that it is quite easy in this day and age to find out exactly about the location and surroundings. Maybe you should have chosen a hotel right in the city and were sure to pay 50% more. Best regards, Your Team BO

The hotel itself is good but the location is subpar and there is no room service NOR can you get food delivered to your room. Nonsense.

Good hotel! Area of hotel is under repairs, however its still a great and quiet area! Wonderful employee at the front desk who let us check inn early free of charge which was fantastic! The staff also helped us with directions and printing out documents! Really wonderful stay!

out of the way hotel but could work for you
bad week to be in Hamburg cos there was an iron man competition and lots of places booked out. BO (unfortunate name, in English) was available and seemed reasonably located. Fact, quite central but, unless you have a car or are willing to walk some way, or wait for public transport, it is not very convenient. Location, next to a big second hand auto sales and repair yard, also not of the best. But its close (2 stops on the U-bahn, when you get there) to centre of town which is OK if its not storming, raining or very cold. The room was good - it's very new ... but there is not much around in the way of food or entertainment As a base to leave in the morning and come back to at night, it worked OK

Really lovely hotel
Booked as a last minute trip to Hamburg and we're delighted by the hotel. So quiet, probably one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and available at all times.

Overall Good Value for Money
It is a very nice hotel for the price. Staff is excellent, hotel is clean and quiet. It is close to 112 bus station and 15min. walking distance from Hammerbrook train station. I find wifi terribly slow. Room though comfortable and modern, it is small. There is safe, but there is no mini bar nor a water boiler. They offer free water as welcome but even if you stay long time, you only get one time free water. Buying water from the bar costs a whopping 5.8 Euros for .75 liter. Also one last annoyance is the glass bathroom separator. You might hit it at night while going to toilet. Really strange design.

Convenient and clean
Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Parking costs but relatively cheap (7€ outdoor, 11€ in door I think). Bus stop across street otherwise a S-Bahn station is like 1km walk away. I had a solo room, I think. Toilet was private but the shower was next to the bed and if anyone else was in the room they woulda got a show. I would stay there again if I was by myself. Oh and don't try checking in before 1400/2pm.

Saubere Zimmer, ruhige Lage, freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Die einzige aber leider auch sehr große Kritik sind teilweise die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ich habe meine Frau abends vor dem Hotel abgelassen, da ich noch etwas einkaufen musste, und sie hat mir berichtet, dass an der Rezeption 3 erwachsene Männer stehen die sie ohne zu begrüßen ganz lange und komisch angeguckt haben. Die gleiche Erfahrung habe ich 10 Minuten später auch machen müssen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren jedoch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Männer hingegen (und das sage ich als Mann) waren meines Erachtens nach sehr hochnäsig und haben die Besucher, vorallem die Frauen immer sehr komisch angeschaut. Außerdem wurde ich beim Check in nicht einmal begrüßt und hatte das Gefühl das die Herrschaften an der Rezeption gerne ihre Männlichkeit beweisen wollen anstatt ihren Job zu machen. Mit 3 Männern in Lederjacke und Zigarette am Ohr abends an der Rezeption zu stehen und Besucher ohne Begrüßung anzuglotzen hinterlässt auch kein gutes Bild. Als Vater sage ich also das Hotel ist Nichts für Frauen und Kinder, vorallem abends und das aufgrund des eigenen Personals. Leider sehr schade. Eigentlich sollte man sich als Besucher nicht um seine Frau aufgrund des Personals sorgen müssen. Also bitte gut bedenken bevor man hier mit der Familie eincheckt.Für einen Trip unter Männern wäre das Hotel jedoch ganz okay.

Sehr hellhörig zum Nachbarzimmer, Flur und Straße… Man hörte gefühlt alles… Betten waren recht weich, aber bequem. Dusche und Waschbecken im Schlafraum. Leider keine Kühlmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet gut.

Wir waren so positiv begeistert von dem Hotel. Bei Fragen etc. war an der Rezeption immer ein Ansprechpartner. Es ist ein so schönes Hotel & auch unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden & kommen aufjedenfall wieder !

In unserem Zimmer waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an der Wand, die Tapete löste sich von der Wand, bei dem Spiegel im Bad funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht und der Abluftventilator funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Es gab zusätzlich noch Probleme mit der Heizung. Der Techniker war schnell vor Ort und bemüht, konnte aber auch nicht helfen, da es wohl an der Fernwärmeleitung lag. Das Frühstück war echt lecker und die Frühstückszeiten sehr angenehm und großzügig bemessen. Personal und Service waren so wie man es sich wünscht. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, bis etwas unter das Bett fiel und man drunter schauen musste. Dort darf gerne öfters mal gesaugt werden. Nichts desto trotz war die Sauberkeit so wie man es sich wünscht.

Super Hotel etwas abseits der innen-Stadt, dafür aber Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man ist innerhalb 5-15 min im Zentrum, je nachdem wohin man möchte. Zimmer sind platzmäßig ausreichend, Betten angenehm weich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Immer wieder dort gerne.
