"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."

"A very good amount of space and all the amenities like laundry and kitchen appliances in the executive room provide a comfortable stay like home. The only setback is the noise of the chicken butchery shop across the street which starts working from a little before midnight to the early morning hours. Everything else of the hotel is very very good."

"A great area and hotel to base yourself in Tokyo. The rooms had everything you need, great shower & comfortable facilities despite being a little small (as per most hotels in Tokyo). The hotel has charm and the staff were excellent. We would stay again."

"Like most people who visit Tokyo for the first time I spent ages researching Tokyo and various hotels. It can certainly become overwhelming due to Tokyo's size, I am so pleased I chose Yotel in Tokyo. It's in the best location, within walking distance to shoppers paradise (incl uniqlo flagship store) and transport systems that will take you on your Tokyo adventures. If you fancy a stroll, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo station, Imperial palace and the famous fish market in Tsukiji are all about 25min walk from the hotel as well as many other attractions. The famous 7/11 and Family Mart are only a couple of minutes away and a great place to have breakfast. The staff at Yotel are approachable and super attentive. I will absolutely stay in this hotel again!"
"Helpful staff. Fabulous view of Mount Fuji from reception. Comfortable, clean rooms. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception. Art work on all floors. Good location. "
"Staff are outstanding, courteous and helpful.
Recommend doing something about restaurant, I couldn't
get any reservation to have lunch or dinner there. Always told no reservations available! Can't believe that when I saw restaurant with hardly anybody dining!"
