"Everything about this Ambassador cruise was outstanding. The cabin was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. The crew were wonderful -friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. "We stayed only one night at Tru by Hilton but the experience was great. Excellent location, nice views of Ha Long, nice & clean rooms which look brand new. Highly recommended to anyone planning to stay on the mainland."

"Room is clean, however they should have mirrors in bed room beside the one in bathroom! It’s not convenient for two people! Foods all delicious and clean! I love the most of staff especially the young gentleman Peter Hien, he is so generous kindness polite and awesome customer service! "
