Design, staff, facilities, views, everything about this hotel is pure luxury, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, they truly make you feel special. I have stayed in many 5 stars hotels and this is one of the best.

Great hotel, stayed here purely for the cruise around halong bay, and would definitely stay here again. had an amazing spa as a bonus. Highly recommend.

Novotel Ha Long Bay,
Room was excellent, staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were good, however the pool area could do with some maintenance, it’s starting to become a bit grubby and run down. No umbrellas were out.
