Great Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage. It was conveniently located in Half Moon Bay, and the property was clean, quiet and well equipped. Our dogs also enjoyed the fully fenced in yard. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Charming cottage in relaxing location

My adult children and I and my small dog really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is clean, cozy and well-appointed, with ocean walks just down the street. Easy access. Beds were comfortable, even the twin.

Pumpkin festival family getaway

Wonderful home to stay in, so close to the ocean and downtown Half Moon Bay. The house and yard is terrific for dogs too!

Perfect little getaway

Enjoyed our stay! House and property looked just like the pictures which was nice. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Location to the beach and downtown was ideal. Would stay again :)

Wonderful peaceful retreat

I was looking for a quiet space for me to study and I found it here! This house is beautiful, the space is luminous, very quiet neighborhood and you can’t beat the location being steps away from the coastal trail. Would come back without hesitation ! The hosts were very kind and readily available for questions. Can only recommend it!

This was the perfect place for us. We could walk or ride our bikes to the beach and it was only a short drive into town. It was a very clean and comfortable house and the fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Spacious and Beautiful

My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this house provided a special place for us to spend time together over a weekend. The house and yard were spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults and a dog. Tidy, replete with amenities, and minutes away from the wedding venue, downtown Half Moon Bay, and the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Cozy even in a storm

We arrived in HMB in the middle of a horrendous storm to such a warm and cozy home. We were so appreciative that the owners had started the fireplace for us. I had to call to get instructions on how to start the fireplace (embarrassingly easy) and the owners were lovely. I loved this charming home. It is in a great location for walking along the coast and easy access to the heart of HMB.

5 star experience

We came here to celebrate my husband's wedding. Guliz was very helpful. Reached out the day before and before we arrived. The house manual was super clear and had some great tips for our visit. Poplar beach is a short walk away. The kids enjoyed biking and riding their scooter there. Great location to catch the ocean side trail. House is super clean, very nicely decorated and has a charming front and backyard. We initially intended to book a room at the ritz but this was definitely a much better choice. Highly recommend!!

Hidden Gem

My family stayed here for 3 nights and it’s honestly better than what we expected. The pictures seriously do not do it justice. It’s decorated so cute inside and the outside is amazing. We brought our two yorkies and they had a blast running around and we had peace of mind knowing everything was fenced. It’s close to the beach, it’s about a quarter of a mile away and at night you can hear the waves from the backyard. The neighborhood is amazing as well. We chatted with some neighbors and they gave us some of the produce they grew. A neighbor down the road was even giving away succulents for free. Overall, this was definitely one of the best experiences we had renting a home.

Great Location

I was in the area to get together with a bunch of friends, and spend a lot of outdoor time with my dog. The house was really clean, nice set up, and the outside area was great. Communication with the owners was great. The neighborhood is really quiet and walking distance to the Wavecrest trails and just a short drive into town. Amazing location and very quiet. The loudest sounds were the resident birds who sang all day long. Will definitely use this property again.

A charming cottage

My family and I had the best time in this beautiful house. There's a lovely garden outside and everything was as advertised. The nearby walking/biking trails and beach, as well as downtown, made our vacation super fun for the kids.
