"Perfect in every way, we really can’t fault the property at all. Beautiful high quality decor, fixtures and fittings. Wonderfully comfortable and homely. Really well equipped with everything needed. The thoughtful welcome hamper complete with home cooked cake and other lovely goodies was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a peaceful and tranquil break. "Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. A lifesaver for securing a taxi during the train strikes! Our little furry visitor raffa was a delight. Everything was perfect. Thanks Helen x"

"Disappointed in the cleanliness of the following ;- doors of dishwasher, washing machine oven and fridge All needed wiping Also there was no cleaning products at all no toilet cleaner nothing to clean the sink or bathroom basin (which I personally clean every day) We were only given one hand towel I would expect one each. "Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "Our family’s stay was fantastic! We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. Comment to the owners, thank you for our lovely stay and all the help you provided us with 😊"

"Perfect ‘get away from it all’ break. We were blessed with good weather but aside from that cannot fault the accommodation and location. If you want a quiet, peaceful time and somewhere a little ‘different’ then this place is perfect. Lots of nice walks in the countryside and close to places like Halesworth and Southwold. Definitely consider going back."

"Beautiful wood framed 18th (I think)Century timber- framed cottage It is really cosy (but not small) with an interesting staircase leading up to up to the two bedrooms where the old roof- timbers are exposed . Bathroom & shower bathroom is conveniently situated near to the bedrooms on the first floor. Open fireplace downstairs & parking space off the road.. Perfect! We would love to stay again soon."
