大人3名＋犬で宿泊しました。まさにテラスハウスで学生さんやグループで来たら楽しめると思います。2階の温泉はもっと広いものを予想しておりましたが、一人で入るなら十分な広さでした。今回は食事なしプランにしましたが、コンドミニアムと言えど準備から片付けまでやるとなると全然休まらず、あまりゆっくりできない旅行になってしまいました。犬を連れて行くために今回こちらを選びましたが、お庭のドッグランも芝生が養生中で少し残念でした。10人まで宿泊可能を謳ってますが、4人が限界かなとは感じました。

無人チェックインが出来る事 かけ流し温泉•足湯がある事BBQできること シアタールームなどとても良かったです ベットも沢山ありロフトもあって 子供達は大喜び！ ただ、北館に泊まる方の駐車場が遠く 山道を歩いて宿まで来るのはとても怖い。 北館入り口が登り坂車の下擦ります。 荷物下ろすのに玄関前に車停めるスペース欲しい。 庭でBBQ出来るのですが 草と土が放置状態なのか もう少し綺麗に整備した方が気持ち良く泊まれます写真の庭とは違いました その辺が改善されれば他はとても良いです。

とても清潔感がありました。 お風呂も5歳児を含め家族3人でゆったり入れました。 足湯があるのも最高です！ マンション暮しなので、階段はもちろんのこと、特にロフトに大興奮で子供は行ったり来たりして楽しんでいました。 調理器具は色々揃っていて助かりましたが、キッチンバサミとゴムベラがなかったのが不便でした。

最新の家電等が揃っており、宿泊でその良さを体験できます。リゾート気分を満喫できとても良かったです。 困った事としては、箱根北館は宿泊場所が急な坂を登らなくてはならず、車高の低い車では無理です。指定駐車場は綺麗で平らな所ですが、距離が歩いて7～8分かかり不便でした。

チェックイン時間より30分早く着いたため、まだ客室の清掃中でした。驚いたのは清掃員がマクスつけない子ども2人を連れて清掃してました。マスクつけていない子どもが低学年の小学生とはいえ、コロナ敏感な時期に体調管理されていない人を平気で客室に入れていることにびっくり。しかも裏庭に清掃員とは別のスタッフが足湯まで浸かっているように見えた。楽天を何回か利用して良かったなので、今回も楽天を選んだですが、実情がお客様に安心させて新型コロナウイルス対策しているように見えなくてとてもショックです。15：00に部屋に入って、リビングソファーの下に前の宿泊客が食べたお菓子の袋そのまま残っていました。客室中のものが全てに不衛生に見えて、サービスセンターに連絡して部屋変更を要求したですが、空室がなく嫌な気持ちで一夜過ごしました。今回子どもと一緒に宿泊したため、子どもがコロナ感染しないようにずっと祈ってました。現在の衛生管理体制ではいつか誰かが新型コロナ感染すると思います。

家族でゆったりと家にいるような気持ちで楽しめました。 温泉にも入りたい時に入りたいだけ入浴でき満足です。 室内や設備も大変きれいで、プライベート空間がとても広いホテルにいる気持ちで過ごせました。 スーパーや食事できるお店も車ならすぐの所にありました。 入口が大きな車だとやや入りにくいと思います。 また今回は敷地内の駐車場が利用できなかったのでやや不便でした。 また遅くまで飲んでいらっしゃる方々の声は周囲が静かな分よく聞こえてきました。 我が家はみんな集まったら仕方ないかなという気持ちでやり過ごしましたが。 子供たちも大満足で、また是非利用します！

9月に続いて2回目

9月に続いて2回目。駐車場が完成していると思いきや、12月までは使えないと（台風の影響？）。到着したら2台荷おろし用スペース以外は芝生養生中と。え？これ芝生張っても車停められなくない？今後どうするの？車以外で来る人のほうが少ないのに、駐車場は場外？本当に直す気ありますか？さらに夜中に誰かの車が停まっていた。そりゃルール守らない人いますよね、監視なしバレないかも。前回よりは近くに仮？駐車場あったのでそちらを利用しましたが、わんこと高齢者連れには手間かかりました。チェックアウトの時、雨で足元わるかったし、他の部屋の車が止まっていた（一斉にチェックアウトするので当然そうなる）ので、道路に車停めて（側溝あり、駐車禁止とあるけどそこしかない）荷物運ぶ、入り口の坂も急なのに、などうにも使い勝手わるすぎ。部屋はきれいになっていたし、ホットプレートも使えました。ペット用品はトイレ（ペーパーのみ、我が家は持参しました）、ガードも無し。服を入れる棚もクローゼットもなし、4つのフックがあるだけ、カバンから服を出す生活、長期にわたっては無理。お値段相当ですがお部屋も温泉もいいのに、出入りで疲れた。

ペット可の部屋に泊まりました。ペット用のアメニティの補充がきちんとされてなかった。なくなりそうなら新しい物も置いておく気配りが必要だと思います。 敷地外の駐車場に違う部屋の車がおいてあったので小雨のふる寒い中しばらく待たされた。タブレットでのチェックインなんだから車のナンバーも入力させればこんなトラブルはなくなるのでは？高い料金を払ってまで泊まる施設ではないかな。

悪い点。泊まる前のメールの数が多すぎて、各メールに記載されちる内容がバラバラで把握が難しい。チェックインをする時の番号を毎回問い合わせているのは非常に時間の無駄。庭の芝生がほぼ全滅している。臨時駐車場が片方は遠すぎて、もう一つは道路のカーブの所で、ミラーも無く、車の飛ばしてくるので事故りそう。 良い点。部屋の温泉は良く、山中湖のstay villaと違い、隣の家から寝室が丸見えということは無い
