"I didn’t expect we had to pay additional for the use of the thermal rooms & book sessions. Check in process was a bit long. And having to make reservations for dinner & the shuttles was a bit inconvenient as the location was a bit far from the town/convenience stores. Otherwise breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly. Property was very clean & sophisticated. Made good use of private Onsen. Was a relaxing time."
