"Room has a coffee machine and the bathroom was ok but the pillow has browm marks.Also,the breakfast was ok not worth it the price my opinion"

"We had an unpleasant experience when we sat in the tables outside of the restaurant. We sate down with our groceries from the market and she became very annoyed that we weren't allowed to sit there. I went to go look at the menu and wasn't sure if i wanted to eat there. She said we weren't allowed to be there. It was pretty rude. We weren't planning on eating there, but they don't give you grocery bags so we had a few things with us, since our flight left at 5am, however, we should be able to sit for a second, as paying guest, to make an informed decision. "

"The location is great and it could have been a good stay but unfortunately there were too many issues. I stayed in a double bedroom but was only provided a single duvet as bedding. The external blinds were not working properly and kept opening up by themselves in the middle of the night. The heating was locked and could not be adjusted and was noisy throughout the night. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, I visited Berlin for the half marathon and in the very early morning of the race the fire alarm went off requiring the building to be evacuated which was not a good way to start the day."

"Great location. Staff was great and very knowledgeable of the area. The food inside th e restaurant and outside restaurant was good. It great to see taxis available for your service if needed."

"Bar was great. Bed was awesome. Shower was spot on. No notes."

"Room was very noisy to outside traffic, shower door needed refitting as it swings open whilst showering. Bathroom radiator broken. No air-conditioning so window needed to be left open during the day to keep ambient temperature. Came home absolutely shattered. Beds were comfy and room clean. Traffic noise was mainly trams which run from 4am until 1am daily."

"Really nice hotel, friendly team, especially Deadpool who works on the bar in the evenings, efficient, clean. Great location. Can’t fault it, highly recommend. "
