"What an amazing property this was! My family stayed here with three generations ranging in age of 1 year to 66 years and we all loved it. The home is wonderful. So bright, clean, open and inviting. "This rental was clean and very efficient. The location was what sold me and I was not disappointed. It was in easy walking distance to many of the attractions of Haarlem Centrum. "Superb reception staff, but breakfast staff were a bit aloof and grumpy. Room service staff did not carry out two requests correctly. Beds were poorly made up. No female sanitary bags were provided. Breakfasts were well laid out and gave a lot of choice, but cooked items were not hot, and the plates were cold. The hotel itself was a very pleasant place to stay."
