Bed and Breakfast in Haarlem

"Hotel Malts is a charming little place with a wonderful host couple! They were welcoming when we arrived at 10 am and gave us coffee and a map to go out and explore the many shops and museums a short walk from the place. Additionally they prepare a lovely breakfast and the rooms are large and well appointed for the area."

"The property was exactly as described. The location was very central and restaurants and sites were easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy. The location was convenient and made it simple to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which we really appreciated. Everything we needed was provided, and it made for a relaxing, stress-free stay. The only small issue we ran into was that there...

"The layout is difficult to manage. The noise from rooms next to the apa"

"This hotel is located in a narrow street filled with several bars and restaurants. It is perfect if you would like to go out to eat. But the noise from outside is quite significant . Our room was on the second floor, just above the bars/restaurants and we could not sleep until mid night. The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. I contacted the management...

"Positives: 1. Can’t beat the locations 2. Breakfast was good 3. Room was spacious 4. Beds very comfortable Negatives: 1. They sent the wrong wifi information which required emails to sort out. If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic 2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed 3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work"

"Centrally located in beautiful Haarlem. Unfortunately directly within the party mile. Friday night and saturday night laughing, singing and screaming until 4.30 am directly under your bedroom - no chance for resting or sleeping 😵‍💫. Sunday was calmer."

"Everything perfect, hotel, room, food all perfect"

"We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Saenliefde. Such a beautiful setting. The room was brilliant for us as a family of four and the breakfast was delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The location was great! Close to all major attractions, Anne Frank house, museums, etc. Even though you are right in the city, the location is very quiet at night. Only caution I would provide is regarding steep staircases to second and 3rd floor which given the age of the building, I'd consider the norm. However, if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super responsive and communicated via text promptly."

"Location was perfect for walking, dining, shopping, museums, etc. The host was so helpful in getting our bags up the stairs to our room. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Amsterdam. I highly recommend!"

"The room was extremely clean and quiet. The staff were so polite and always smiling. We appreciated all their help."

"This was a very nice place to stay in the outer Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam. The room was very comfortable and clean with in-room amenities such as a Nespresso machine, wi-fi, good local restaurant recommendations, and comfortable floor heating. It was very quiet with a comfortable bed. The full-size bathroom was nicely remodeled with a large shower. The owners had great communication via Whats App and greeted us on arrival. Recommended!"

"This is our favorite place to stay before an early flight from Schiphol. Beautiful area and great restaurant voetangel at walking distance."

"Very nice B&B. Parking on the street at the house. Very clean premises. A warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere! Strongly recomended!"

"Perfect stay in the center of holland. "

"Love the outdoor space! Room had everything we needed. Staff were responsive and flexible. Kitchen space was nice to have as well. Only thing was the stairs are steep and it’s on the third floor. Not great if you are a heavy packer. Location was amazing and the room was surprisingly quiet at night."

"Great location and easy check in."

"Roy was an amazing host! Very central location and the view every morning was lovely. Basic amenities but everything you need. Would stay there again!"
