"Overall it was a very nice stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our only big concern was the room was quite dusty. When we closed the blinds we could see thick dust coming off of them and same with the orange decorative pillows and blankets on the bed. There was also a foul smell of urine right outside our doorway when we came and went. "

"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!)
