"Spectacular property in a great location - about 200 meters from downtown Goreme. Amazing customer service, excellent amenities, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. It’s such a cool experience to stay at this cave hotel - our room had a Turkish hamam. We’d love to go back and stay there again. Breakfast was delicious and everyone who we encountered from the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. Fatih was so helpful and catered to all our asks. "

"A unique and enjoyable stay in a cave room suite, located in the courtyard with a communal terrace overlooking Fairy chimneys and the balloons floating by in the morning sky. The suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The lighting is low therefore offered difficulties for my facial beauty regime using the bathroom mirror. I would recommend a light enhanced magnified mirror be installed. Bits of sand/rock occasionally fell off the ceilings and walls, this felt true to the character of the cave and enhanced the experience of being in a cave room. Breakfast offered an array of differing foods, from Turkish dishes, pastries, fruits to eggs cooked how you like. All fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly and extremely attentive, I asked if Kiwi was available when not out on the counter, the fruit came to me peeled sliced and beautifully presented! The hotel provided a complimentary activity, Kings Valley breakfast, we absolutely loved it, an opportunity to observe local people preparing traditional cuisine and offering an insight into how they live day to day, a humbling experience. This hotel played a huge part in making this holiday a spectacular one. They were on hand to suggest and book activities and surprised me with a birthday cake! We absolutely loved our 7 night wonderful stay at Aza Cave Hotel. "

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

"This hotel it's in a great location. Close to everything, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The STAFF it's WONDERFULL. Super polite, helpful. As everything in Cappadoccia, everything it's uphill. The STAFF helped us with the luggage to the room. Room was very comfortable, with A/C, The hotel has a great TERRACE for breakfast, and to see the BALLONS pass by. On the terrace there is also a RESTAURANT. The hotel Staff took care of our AIR BALLON RESERVATION, choosing for us the BEST COMPANY "BUTTERFLY BALLONS", AND also arrange TRANSPORTATION from the airport to the hotel, and back from hotel to Airport at checkout. We will go back to the hotel when we return to Cappadoccia. Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great accommodations. "

"Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."
