"Situated in Ortahisar, few kilometres from Goreme. We initially booked for two nights and landed up staying for four nights. Excellent value for money and centrally located to visit Cappadocia area. "The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

They also helped me order a bday cake and coordinated it to be celebrated at the Turkish dinner show--all in last minute request. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good! "Hotel is located at a side of a hill, so shuttle or taxis wont park at the front, you must walk 100mts to get there. The town has just a few options of restaurants and shops. You have to take a taxi to go around, it is easy to get it and not expensive. Uber works. Staff is really gentle and rooms are big, you will really live the turkish culture."

"We had a flawless experience with the cave suites. Because there was construction going on close to our first suite, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger and better room when we arrived. Since we were only going to be staying for three nights, the staff were concerned about our comfort and gave us the upgrade without even asking. Every employee was warm and welcoming. Along with easy access to the center of Groeme and a breathtaking panoramic view, we also enjoyed a lovely view of the hot air balloons from our hotel."
