"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"I stayed at Carus Cappadocia for three nights in September 2026. The good: The hotel has one of the best locations in central Göreme - literally a two-minute walk from the main street, with much less uphill walking than at many other hotels. Breakfast is a preset menu rather than a buffet, but adequate, and the rooftop restaurant has fantastic views and excellent service. The bathroom is spacious, water pressure is good, and Molton Brown toiletries are a nice touch. There is also a small indoor pool. The bad: This is a “cave” hotel. My Suite had character but was certainly not luxurious. The AC/heat system did a poor job controlling the temperature, requiring frequent manual adjustments. The in-room safe is tiny - not large enough for a laptop - and mine stopped working shortly after being repaired. The mixed: Wi-Fi and cellular reception did not reach the bathroom, presumably because of the thick cave walls. Parking is very limited, although the staff helped secure a spot throughout my stay. Overall: I would consider Carus a solid 3.0–3.5-star hotel in a superb location. If you want the cave-hotel experience in central Göreme, it is an excellent choice - just arrive with appropriate expectations."

"Probably the best hotel I ever stayed in. It is very new so there were few reviews, but very happy that I booked anyway. The staff was absolutely lovely, very attentive, and kept an eye out on the hot-air balloon prices for me to get the best last-minute deal! They are always present to find you an extra towel for the pool or bring you a cool beverage! The breakfast is a very well-equipped buffet with both local and Western European options. The room was amazing with very charming lighting and a very comfortable spa inside."
