"Accomodation was larger than it looks in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable, however I would take earplugs as I struggled to sleep due to the cars going past outside. I had to go and buy some from the town centre. At night the cars whizz past really fast. The listing states that there is free parking but this isn’t true- you have to pay for it. "Lovely room, spacious, modern & very very clean ! The only thing for me was that the room was hot at night, I had a ground floor room with patio doors but there was no smaller window to open during the night for cooler air while I slept, other than that an excellent stay. Friendly staff. This was my second time staying there and will definately book again for my next visit to see friends."

"Average stay, tv not receiving signal, boiler broke down, although owner came out to fix within a few hours. Very poor welcome pack (small bottle of milk). No logs or kindling for log burner. View from back of cottage spoilt by messy and junk strewn garden. Nice location with good pubs in village that did good food, just check what days they open."
