"Hotel was in a good spot. Right on the river and walking distance to a few different things. It’s valet parking only. Which is $44 and you can’t go back to your car if you leave something in it. They have to pull it back upfront for you. There’s garage parking around the hotel for $18-$22 within walking distance. Hotel could use some upgrades, you can tell the building is older. Overall good stay. "

"Check in was a disaster, the staff seemed to not know what was going on. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for an airport shuttle. The chair in the room was broken and they said they’d send one up but never did. The bathtub was in poor shape and the bathroom floor was dirty. There was caution tape all over and wet floor signs everywhere. The elevator was terrifying and slow. The breakfast bar was removed over an hour early. There was no place to hold bags prior to check in. The restaurant was closed. This used to be my favorite hotel in Tampa but I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere next time. "

"The cutest little motel I’ve ever stayed at! The property was clean and very well kept. Salt water pool and beautiful lounging area. Very close to the airport,but not so much you could hear it all day. The bar was awesome with live music on the weekends. Well appointed rooms with brand new fridge and microwave. Very stylish mid century decor."

"The beach view is gorgeous ..the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very professional and friendly..The restaurant food was awesome and had a great selection..loved loved the chicken nachos outside by pool …crab cakes Benedict was delicious….my husband loved the shrimp and grits …we will be back to Pensacola and only book at this facility "
