We really enjoyed the hotel’s location! It was conveniently close to the French Quarter, Canal Street, the casino, and plenty of great restaurants. However, the hotel itself felt a bit dated, and the parking lot was extremely tight with limited spaces for the number of guests the hotel accommodates. Overall, the location was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The location of the property was great for my event at Smoothie King. I appreciated the cleaniness of the property The only issue was that I wasn't able to park at the property, due to them being sold out, but they should have had enough parking for their guests.

The staff was very engaging.. Very friendly Check in person Lavender. And in the evening the older black security guard ... Always ask how we were doing when we would come in.. And wish us well when we left @ 6 in the morning . Air conditioner was making noise all night and the shower handle was broken came right out. they did offer to send someone. But didn't want anyone in our room if we are not there.
