My room was cozy and comfortable, although it did not really have windows, so that can be disorienting at times. The hotel was able to hold my luggage before/after check-in/out. Staff were also friendly. This is a good homebase for a solo traveler who plans to be out for most of the day."

"My stay at the SA YO hotel went well. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean and has a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. It is only a 10 minute walk from a subway station, and is close to the Pier 2 Art District and the whole waterfront district. SA YO hotel was a quick subway ride to both the airport and the high speed rail station. Also, the neighborhood around the hotel had a lot of places to eat and shop. I strongly recommend the SA YO Hotel."
