Cozy 3-bedroom house in Urbanizacion Mallorca Village en la via Samborondon

Escape to this gated private residential community in tropical Ecuador! It's only 3 minutes away from El Dorado shopping center, one of the biggest mall centers that Guayaquil has to offer. At the main gates, you will find nearly every amenity you need. From pharmacies, to coffee-shops, and more. There is also a beautiful community pool, located only a few steps across the street from the vacation house. It comes included with the home, as does the children's pool and waterpark does as well!
